Padel X - House Rules

Welcome to Padel X! To ensure an enjoyable and safe environment for all our members and guests we have come up with some simple rules:

• Code of conduct – Kindly respect all players, staff, and visitors at all times.  Any behavior deemed abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund as well as possible expulsion.
• Court bookings – Courts should be booked in advance either through our App or via our Reception; a maximum or 4 players at a time are allowed per Court and we would greatly appreciate it if the Court is vacated promptly once the playing sessions are over so other players can enjoy their game.
• Sportswear and footwear – Wear something comfortable, something sporty, something colorful, but please be respectful of others and wear it all the time; as for the shoes we do insist that, for your safety, they are appropriate for the surface and the sport.
• Safety on court –  You see the pretty little string thingy attached to the bottom of your racket?  Well, although fashionable it also works extremely well to stop your “pala” from flying out of your hands and into someone’s forehead, please wear it.
• Coaching – Only Padel X Coaches are permitted to give lessons at the Club and, as for the regular bookings, coaching lessons must be booked in advance either through our App or via our Reception.
• Food & drinks – No glass containers or chewing gum are allowed on the courts.  When you do consume drinks and/or food on the premises we would apprecaite it if you could dispose of the waste responsibly in the appropriate receptacles.
• Parking – We offer parking spaces within the property primarily for cars without drivers; if there are open spaces your car and driver can also be parked inside but please instruct your driver that he might be asked to move the car if and when the spot is needed by a player without a driver.  In the case that your car needs to be parked outside the Club we would be very grateful if you ensure our neighbours’ boundaries, privacy and property is respected
• Smoking – if you really have to do it then please refrain from doing so on or near the padel courts and kindly dispose of ashes and cigarette butts appropriately
• Children – Kids under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent at all times; Padel X will not be held responsible for unsupervised children
• Padel X Staff – We value courtesy and we can assure you that your courtesy towards our staff will be very much appreciated and rewarded with great service and a smile
• Neighbours - One more thing!  We have very nice and understanding neighbours, keeping the noise to an acceptable level will grant all of us a place to play for a very long time…

Dear PadelX players,

In the hope of improving our service and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone, PadelX would like to share the following important information regarding our No-Show & Late Arrival Policy:

No-Shows
If you do not show up for your booking and fail to notify us at least 4 hours in advance, your session will be considered a no-show.
Unfortunately, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still be held, but you will only be able to play for the remaining time of your booking.
We cannot extend sessions beyond the reserved slot, as the court may be booked for other players.

Dear PadelX players,

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, we’d like to share our official Rain Policy, which applies anytime rain affects your booking:

🌧️ If It Rains Before Your Game Starts
• You can reschedule your booking to another available time
or
• Request a refund to your virtual wallet, which can be used for future bookings.

🌧️ If It Rains During Your Game

For 60 minute Bookings:
• If 10 minutes or less remain when rain starts, the game is considered played.
• If more than 10 minutes remain, you’re eligible for a rescheduled session or a refund to your virtual wallet.

For 90 minute  Bookings:
• If 20 minutes or less remain when rain starts, the game is considered played.
• If more than 20 minutes remain, you’re eligible for a rescheduled session or a refund to your virtual wallet.

We appreciate your understanding and are working toward covering our courts in the near future to limit weather disruptions.
